We understand that many of our customers are dealing with the growing challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)and we’re here to support you.

How are we responding?

We’re closely monitoring the situation and we’re taking advice from the World Health Organisation and government and other health authorities. During this time, our priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

For that reason we have closed our office in Melbourne to customers. We’ve also taken a number of preventative measures, including cancelling employee travel and promoting flexible working arrangements to protect the health of our employees.

We are also making ourselves available for customer appointments over digital channels, such as Skype or FaceTime.

During this time we expect these measures will have minimal impact on our customers. However, you may experience slightly longer wait times when contacting us. We appreciate your patience during this time.

  • Internet Banking and Mobile App services are available to our customers 24/7. These tools allow you to check your balance, transfer funds, pay bills, and more.
  • Apply for an account, term deposit, or loan online at mylifemyfinance.com.au

Our financial relief package

We offer financial relief for our customers affected by COVID-19.

Early release of Term Deposit funds

On request, we will break Term Deposit, releasing the funds without penalty interest.

Repayment breaks

We can suspend loan repayments for up to six months, subject to a review after three months.

Loan restructure

We can restructure your loan to lower repayments over an extended term, without fees.
