How we can help

Our financial relief package

Funds transfer

  • On request, we will transfer funds between your linked MyLife MyFinance bank accounts free of charge.

Early release of Term Deposit funds

  • On request, we will break your Term Deposit, releasing the funds without penalty interest.

Repayment breaks

  • We can suspend repayments for up to three months.

Interest rate relief

  • For customers in extreme financial distress, we can provide temporary interest rate relief.
