Nothing. Your Internet Banking, mobile app, cards and accounts will keep working as they do today. And if you have a deposit or cheque book, just keep using them.

Changing how we look won’t affect your banking service. Our Internet Banking, app, cards and accounts will continue to work exactly as they do today. They’ll just have a new look. 

Yes. You can keep using your existing Visa Debit card until it expires. You’ll then be issued a new card featuring the Challenger branding to use like you normally would.

Accessing your accounts online via Internet Banking won’t change for now. Keep logging in at mylifemyfinance.com.au.

We’ll be in touch when our new website is available. You can then update your shortcuts and bookmarks to the new website address.
